The house is a one story home with a loft that overlooks the living room area below. The first floor has a spacious living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and sliding doors off the living room onto a large deck overlooking the sandy beach and bay. 2 bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed with a comfy mattress. Linens are included and your beds will be made and ready for your arrival. Each bedroom also has a desk/workspace area. The washer and dryer are located inside one of the first floor bedrooms. The first floor has a full bath with tub, shower, toilet and sink. The second floor loft area has a bedroom with a queen bed and desk/workspace. A full size bath is in the loft with sink, toilet and shower. The outside shower is located on the north side of the house; perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach! The garage is spacious and available to store your bikes or beach items you brought along to enjoy. We do have a few beach chairs, umbrella and a pop up tent for guest use.
